Trustees of Darrouzett Cemetery 3Associatlon and used by them for tho best interests of the
Darrouzett Cemetery as in the absolute discretion of said Board of Trustees may seem proper.
6. The Board of Trustees of Darrouzett Cemetery Association shall have power, and it is
hereby authorized, to establish with w a trust company, a bank with trust po-aes, a corporate
fiduciary, or a board of trustees selected in accordance with the rules and regulations of
the Darrouzett Cemetery Association, an irreducible fund for the General perpetual care of
D rrouzcett Cemetery. The principal of all funds for perpetual care shall forever remain irre-'
dihcible and inviolable and shall be maintained separate and district from all other funds.
The principal of such fund shall be invested, from time to time reinvested, and kept invested
as authorized by law for the investment of such funds, and the net income arising therefrom
shall be used solely for the general care, maintenance, and embellishment of the Darrouzett
Cemetery, and shall be applied in such manner as the Board of Tinustees of Darrouzett Cemetery
Association may from time to time determine to be for the best interests of the Darrouzett
Cemetery. The Board of Trustees of Darrouzett Cemetery Association may from time to time adopt
plans for the general care, maintenance, and embellishment of Dnrrouzett Cemetery, and said
Board of Trustees shall be privileFes to accept deposits from any lot owner or owners for the
purpose of establishing perpetual care endowment on these lots, and said Board of Trustees may
also take, receive, and hold any other property, real, persona, or mixed, bequeathed, devised,
granted, given, or olhervwilse contributed to it therefor.
7, The Board of Trustees of Darrouzett Cemetery Association shall have the power to make,
adopt, and enforce rules and regulations for the use, cre, c control, management, restriction,
and protection of Darrouzett Cemetery and of all parts and subdivisions thereof, for restricting
and limiting the use of all property within Darrouzett Cemetery, for regulating the uniformity,
class, and kind of markers, monuments, and. other structures within: said cemetery and
the subdivisions thereof, and/or prohibiting the erection of monuments, markers, and/or other
structures in or upon any and all portions of said cemetery, regulating and/or preventing
monuments, effigies, and structures within any and all portions of the cemetery grounds, and
:for the removal thereof, for regulating and/or preventing the intruduction and/or care of plants
or shrubs within the rFemet.ery grounds, for the prevention of interment in any art of said
cemetery of a body not entitled to interment therein, for preventing the use of burial plots
for purposes violative of its restrictions, for regulating the conduct of persons therein, and
for preventing improper assemblages therein, and for all other purposes deemed necessary by
.the Board of Trustees of Darrouzett Cemetery Assocation for hhe proper conduct of the business
.of the association, and for the protection and safe-guarding of the premises and the princip'les
and ideals on which the cemetery was organized. Said Board of Trustees of Darrouzett Cemetery
Associatio4 may from time to time amend, add to, revise, change, and/or modify such rules
;and regulations, and all such rules and regulations shall be plainly printed or typewritten
and shall be maintained subject to inspection in the office of the association or insuch place
,or places within the Darrouzett Cemetery as the directors may prescribe. The Board of Trustees
uof Darrouzett Cemetery Association shall also have power to prescribe penalties for the violat'rion
of any rule or regulation promulgated by it, which penalties'shall be recoverable by the I
:"Board of Trustees of Darrouzett Cemetery Assocation in a civil action or actions, either at
